It is followed by nail shaping, cuticle grooming, unscented scrubs to remove dead skin, and a foot mask to nourish and soothe the skin. It is completed with 15 15-minute of massage with aromatherapy oil and lotion, hot stone to promote deep relaxation and to reduce stress. Your choice of polish is then applied.
